Standing Set Rental Pricing
Standard Weekday Hours Fee
5 HOUR MINIMUM
5 HOURS: Includes 2 Standing Sets
8 HOURS: Includes 4 Standing Sets
12 HOURS: Includes 4 Standing Sets
NOTE: Using all sets requires a dedicated crew at $500 up to 12 hours
After Hours / Weekend Fee
5 HOUR MINIMUM
AFTER HOURS: Weekdays going past 7pm
WEEKEND: Saturday & Sunday
Hourly rate past midnight: $250/hr
NOTE: Using all sets requires a dedicated crew at $500 up to 12 hours
Additional Fees & Policies
SECURITY DEPOSIT
SECURITY DEPOSIT ––– For incidentals. Fully refunded if no extra time, damage or additional rental
Props (Up to 3) ––– $75
Cancellation within 14 days of use ––– Forfeit Booking Deposit
Damage to sets or furniture ––– Starting at $500 (Plus replacements)
Damage to any wall per SQFT ––– $200
Non cleanup or messy return ––– $350
Returning the space with significant mess or full cleaning required ––– TBD at discretion of the studio manager
Smoking inside the studio ––– $500
Cyclorama color change with return to color (White or Green) ––– $1,200
